PicTidy Terms of Use

Welcome to PicTidy. These Terms apply to your use of the PicTidy iPhone app and related services. By using PicTidy, you agree to these Terms.
The service
PicTidy provides photo and video browsing, album organization, similar-photo comparison, conversion, compression, and related tools. You are responsible for the actions you choose and should confirm content before a final deletion from the system photo library.
Device, permissions, and content
You need a compatible iPhone and required system permissions. Your photos, videos, and albums remain yours or their respective owners’. Using PicTidy does not transfer ownership. Please keep backups of important content.
Paid services
Some features require PicTidy Premium or are subject to a daily free allowance. Prices, available products, and benefits are shown in the App Store purchase screen. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically through your Apple Account unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Permanent purchases do not renew. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
Advertising and third-party services
Some non-member or free-use scenarios may show or offer rewarded advertising. Advertising, purchases, analytics, and diagnostic services are provided by their respective third parties, and your use of them is also subject to their applicable terms.
Restrictions
Do not misuse PicTidy, interfere with the service, reverse engineer it, bypass payment or security mechanisms, or use it unlawfully. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, or product updates.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, PicTidy is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Except where liability cannot be excluded by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss caused by missing backups, user actions, system issues, or third-party services.
